Nibamme
Meaning a second bud, it chiefly refers to kuromatsu (Japanese pine trees) putting forth a second bud. In principle, it comes into bud only once a year. But through bud trimming, a new bud appears following the first bud and it is called a nibamme second bud. Its axis extends shorter than that of the first bud. Leaves are also short.
