Jiita
”Jiita” refers to a board or sheet to help decorate ordinary and grass bonsai. The shape of a ”jiita” sheet varies from a long one to elliptical, hexagonal and ”hyotan” (Gourd) ones. ”Jiita,” which is considered to be one of the varieties of ”taku” tables for bonsai display, is a thin version of the ”hirataku” flat table. But a legged table which is very thin cannot be called ”jiita.”
