Special Happi Coat (Registration Kit)

Only people, who have a registration for our convention, can get the Registration Kit. We specially make a wonderful item for registrants.

Special Happi Coat with 「絆」KIZUNA calligraphy written by Miss Syoko Kanazawa!! Kizuna means bond between people in Japanese.

It is designed by Mr. Susumu Inoko at INOKO Design Office.

Miss Kanazawa is a calligrapher and has charge of the letters of title in 2012 for the long-running historical drama series on NHK TV, very famous drama in Japan. She will collaborate with us on the special exhibition with bonsai. Her calligraphy on the folding screen must grab your heart.

A large number of people lost their life and a large number of people suffered from Aftermath of the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsunami. We heard that Miss Kanazawa was grieved at heart.

Many people from overseas gave the warmest support to wrapped Japan in serious grief.

Many friends from all over the world sent the warm message to our convention and we felt KIZUNA between people.

Friendship is one of our themes.

We hope that all our friends, who participate from all over the world, to exchange through bonsai and suiseki meet in Takamatsu and deepen their bond. We make special happi coat with our hope.

: This traditional japanese garden is one of the most famous, most beautiful, and largest historical parks in Japan, designated a Japanese National Treasure. Its building dates back to the Edo period by the feudal lord, and completed after 100 years of improvements and extensions made by the successive lords.

: Once a bourg of the Takamatsu castle (one of the three largest Japanese water castles), Takamatsu has recently redeveloped its waterfront area for business and community developments. Parks, hotels, community hall, symbol tower stand close together, acting as a central location for events and conventions.

: Kagawa Prefecture can be characterized by the hundreds of islands, including Shodoshima and Naoshima which are also national parks. The beauty of the islands lay in coexistance of human and nature which appear in the landscapes of terraced fields, and lifestyles of old ports.
